AI Assistant Terms of Service

Our service includes access to an AI-powered debugging assistant (“AI Assistant”) which uses the OpenAI API. By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:

  • You remain responsible for testing, verifying, and safely deploying your code.

You agree not to use the AI Assistant to:

  • Harass, threaten, or promote hate speech.
  • Produce or request disallowed content under OpenAI’s Usage Policies.

3. OpenAI Terms

  • The AI Assistant is powered by OpenAI’s API.
  • By using it, you also agree to OpenAI’s Terms of Use.
  • Responses may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You should always review outputs carefully.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Code snippets, prompts, and messages you provide may be sent to OpenAI for processing.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is required to provide the AI service.
  • We may log interactions for service quality, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Do not share sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information with the AI Assistant.
  • Data may be stored temporarily by OpenAI to monitor misuse, in line with their Data Usage Policy.

5. Disclaimer

  • The AI Assistant is provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We are not liable for damages, errors, or losses caused by reliance on AI-generated outputs.
  • You remain fully responsible for the code you deploy and its effects.

  • Continued use of the AI Assistant means you accept the current version of these terms.
